Nathan Fitton, DO, CAQ-SM Joins MSU Health Care As Sports Medicine Provider

A graduate of the College of Osteopathic Medicine at MSU, Nathan Fitton, DO, CAQ-SM completed his Family Practice residency with Metro Health Hospital in Grand Rapids, where he was appointed chief resident his last year of residency. Dr. Fitton is fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine through Sparrow/MSU.

As an area native, Dr. Fitton grew up in the Greater Lansing community, graduating from Potterville High School. As part of his training, he has covered several types of sports events across the state: from high school and college football to AHL Hockey and international running events, to serving as a head team physician of MSU varsity athletics, specifically Women’s Basketball and Men’s Wrestling. He is also an Assistant Professor at MSU College of Osteopathic Medicine and is actively involved in teaching the medical students.
